What's your research about?
"I am doing research on the organisation Slow Food and their involvement with farmers. I am specifically interested in the support the organisation provides to maintaining seed diversity through their Ark of Taste (branch focused on saving the varieties, breeds, and foods threatened by the standardization and homogenization of agriculture)"
What's your background that led you to studying at Oxford?
"I did a MSc in Nature, Society and Environmental Policy which enabled me to do research on food and patents. I chose this course because it seemed to bridge perfectly with my previous degree in philosophy and my current interest in environmental protection."
What do you hope to do next, when you have finished your studies at Oxford?
"I hope to work for an NGO or think tank."
