Nature-based solutions enhance and work with natural habitats to help people adapt to the effects of change and disasters whilst slowing warming and protecting nature. This new programme of interdisciplinary research, policy advice and advocacy is aimed at getting science into policy and policy into action to increase the implementation of sustainable nature-based solutions worldwide.
