Up for a challenge?

Take a look at the Food Systems Game Changers Lab organized by Thought for Food, the Rockefeller Foundation, Ideo and EAT in cooperation with the World Food Forum. Leading up to the UN Food Systems Summit in September/October 2021, this challenge calls for ideas, initiatives and innovations that have the potential to bring positive systemic change.

On Thursday 29 April, 3 to 4 pm CEST, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), IFSTAL/ University of Oxford and Wageningen University & Research (WUR Student Challenges) organize an info session for their students where you can learn more about the Game Changers Lab Challenge and the World Food Forum (a youth-led movement and network to transform our food systems). The session will also be a space to link up with other students and create teams – possibly even with students from across the universities!

Register here for the info session on 29 April. You will receive the zoom-link after registration.

The Global Open Call for solutions (first phase) will close on May 14, 2021. For the purposes of the Food Systems Game Changers Lab, a solution is an idea, initiative, or innovation that has the potential to bring positive systemic change. The lab is interested in solutions in all stages of readiness—from ideas to prototypes to fully implemented—and at all scales—from local to city, country, region, and global.

Already have an idea? Post it in this Facebook group and look for team members.
