George is a sociologist and human geographer completing post-doctoral research on the 'Enabling Change' element of the Livestock, Environment and People (LEAP) project. His work focusses on different narratives circulating around 'good' and 'bad food; the techno-scientific claims on which they are based; and the agricultural movements (like Regenerative Agriculture and Organics) presenting alternative visions of the future of food.
