HESTER VAN HENSBERGEN

Hester van Hensbergen the programme manager for the Oxford Real Farming Conference. She was previously a researcher at TABLE. Prior to joining TABLE, she organised the programme for the Oxford Real Farming Conference and worked as a chef and food writer. She is an intellectual historian by training, and completed her PhD, "Finite Earth Visionaries: Economics, Time and Environmental Crisis in the United States, c.1945–1980", in 2021.
