John’s research explores the environmental impacts of agriculture, and what we might mean by a ‘sustainable’ food system. He is also interested in different visions for land-use and how we might prioritise land-sharing and land-sparing approaches to prioritise food production, ecological restoration, and greenhouse gas removal.
